The "Cook's Con" is the symposium sponsored by Serve It Forth! (Mary
Morman).  A number of the presenters are on this list.  The focus is on
cooking from Rome to the Renaissance.  The presentations are more rigorous
than those you usually get at an SCA symposium.

The dinners at these two events have been superb.
