[Sca-cooks] Sweet Potatoes

I like sweet potatoes with hijiki (sea vegetable)...I have a great 
recipe I got while living in Japan.  Made with sesame oil, and soy 
sauce, and such.  It's a great first sea vegetable if you are looking to 
get acquainted since it's not so "sea-weedy" tasting...more nutty 
actually.  I also steam and slice sweets into a casserole dish, top with 
butter, a little brown sugar, pinch of salt, and bourbon, then bake 
covered until sufficiently yummy.
