[Sca-cooks] Sweet potatoes

A family favorite dish is to take a round slice 
of ham (either real or turkey, usually 4"-5"), 
top it with a pineapple ring, top that with 
mashed sweet potato and some almonds, baking it
all in the oven and, served with a side salad,
you have a complete meal.
