Depends, how have you had it...

The nice way:

Fresh baked bread.  Sliced and toasted.  Buttered well with real,
unadulterated butter.  A vanishingly thin smear of vegemite over the top. 
If you can't see the bread underneath then the smear is too think...

The nasty way:

Have you have been accosted by Duke Elfin and Master Gwynfor at Pennsic
with their vegemite cocktail?

A large teaspoon of vegemite on the tongue, washed down with a healthy swig
of Bundaburg Over Proof Rum....  I've been told that some gentles from
Nordmark (Sweden) actually developed a taste for the stuff...
