[Sca-cooks] raw/unhomoginized milk, was: ricotta as "fresh cheese"?

I understand that they are not the same.  But, the only way I've ever 
actually seen non-homoginized milk available was raw.

I'd been told that raw milk was illegal in PA, too, but have more 
recently found out that it is in fact legal, but difficult to get a 
licence.  It's a dietary consideration for some religions, particularly 
biodynamically produced milk for the Anthroposophical community (i.e. 
Waldorf School folks.)  Here's a listing of places all over the country, 
including New York State, where you can buy raw milk:
