AHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   yes, tomatillos.  salsa out of bottle prolly means 
some vinegar.  yeah...  i don't usually use tomatillos in my green chili. 
this transplanted in new mexico baltimore-on never acquired that taste. ;)
