I have not encountered shod oysters in Ansteorra.  Shoddy, yes.  Shod, no.

I have been told that Ansteorrans will not eat fish, yet whenever I serve
fish at a feast, it has disappeared.  Now I am curious as to whether their
taste runs to more exotic fare.

And as for oysters having shoes, why yes, but they have no feet:

But four young Oysters hurried up,
All eager for the treat:
Their coats were brushed, their faces washed,
Their shoes were clean and neat--
And this was odd, because, you know,
They hadn't any feet.
