[Sca-cooks] Cookies

It is a little bit early, but I'd like to volunteer to run the cookie 
exchange this year, unless someone else wants to.  Last year was the 
first time I was involved and it was tremendous fun.  I'm in Columbus 
Ohio, which is pretty central for shipping.
