I have made oatmeal in the crockpot with apple juice instead of water, brown sugar, dried milk (1/4 cup), walnuts, and chopped apples. Use the same proportion apple juice as you usually do water (2:1). I use regular oats, just because I do. It's sweet and great. Alianore
