I was looking for information on this when I came across the new books
that I have sent notices about this am--
ok about this one--
Jewish Book Council writes this:
"The Sephardic Table by Pamela Grau Twena, subtitled, "a personal
collection of recipes from the Middle East, North Africa, and India," is
indeed a personal selection of recipes made by the author after she
married a man of Iraqi descent. She has included some recipes which are
basic to the repertoire of the Sephardic cook, and designed sample
menus. The recipes are carefully laid out and the ingredients are listed
in a clear and organized manner. There is a brief introduction to each
recipe, sometimes telling a family anecdote or a tidbit of history. It's
a good addition to the cooks library."

I'll try to make time to hunt up a copy to see this week. I'm sure that
someplace in Ann Arbor has it.
