I'm not entirely sure if we were or if we weren't. However, they did 
have cream in period but I don't remember us discussing it before being 
used as a thickener. I may just be forgetting, or for some reason they 
may not have used it that way. So, I was curious whether you or anyone 
else had some input on this.
