Hear ye hear ye! (forward as you like)

The 2004 Cooks' Symposium is scheduled for December 4 in the Canton
of Three Hills (Kalamazoo, Michigan). The site is the beautiful
Cathedral of Christ the King, site of Bardic Madness South in 2003.
Wet site, lovely kitchen, large main hall, nice sanctuary, easy to
find off I-94 and close to all sorts of amenities.

This is your first advance announcement! Mark your calendars now,
and make your plans to present a class or attend a class (or two).
This is a wonderful special-interest event designed by and for the
needs of SCA cooks in the Middle Kingdom and the Known World.

Attendees come from various Kingdoms to present and exchange
information with their colleagues, to test new recipes, share
successes and disasters, and to revel in the joy they share in
preparing and presenting delicious medieval food.

We are still in the planning stages, stay tuned to e-lists and
Pales near you for all the updated information.
