***Glass communion cups would work well.  Wine glasses would work and also
make it possible for some of the aroma of the vinegar to waft up and
intensify the taste of the vinegar.  Clear cut glass type wine glasses would
make the vinegar appear more sparkly.  Plain clear would also work.  I'd
avoid colored ones as it makes it hard for judges to see the color of the
vinegar.  You could also pour a bit of it onto a square of very plain,
dense, noncrumbly bread.  Try to avoid sourdough though as that would
interact with the sourness of the vinegar.
