Not quite. Atlantia actually extends a tiny ways into Georgia...Augusta 
is an Atlantian territory. So Atlantia runs from Maryland south along 
the Atlantic seaboard to Georgia. Meridies is Georgia and west. Trimaris 
is Florida.
