[Sca-cooks] need recipe

Greetings everyone, I've been too quiet lately so I decided to say hi and come hunting for a recipe.  Last year I enter my first cooking contest and got 2nd place for a non-period dessert.  This year I'm entering again and wanting one that is period main course or dessert, that is a first place winner.  If any have one has one I can use and see if I can do it also, would be nice.
