[Sca-cooks] Chicken Paprikash

Greetings. My boss and I were talking about Chicken Paprikash this 
morning. (I haven't had Chicken Paprikash in way too long!) I do have 
George Lang's cookbook, but a) she was wondering where to get good sweet 
paprika, and b) what are some good recipes for it? Is George Lang the 
best source?
