I have two also.  They started off life as little
twigs I bought from a local nursery.  They are
now good sized bushes.  4'h x 3'w x 2'd  I had
thought to dry the leaves, but it grows so fast I
deciced not to bother.  I have a never ending
source for rosemary.

I also bought 6 lavendar twigs.  Four are still
thriving in the same way.  

I planted them in my iris bed because gophers
were constantly invading.  Since I planted the
lavendar and rosemary, I haven't had a single
gopher in that bed.
