definitely, break a leg!!!!!   first feasts are a most 
intoxicating combination of excitement, hope, sweat and 
fear. ;)  prep work and freezing good!  

mine comes in on dec 18, and i just got done the math for 
serving 350 people. i really do think that's the hardest 
part... figuring portions.
