Catching up from Pennsic I find this from Katheline:

Katheline, could you please give the recipes for your "Garlic Torta" 
and the "White Tart"? I'd also like to see the "Raisin Paste". I'm 
curious to see how close this is to the fig and raisin paste which I 
made for the pot luck at Pennsic.
