  Thanks for the titles, I will save them for future reference.  The M.S.G.
  has the programs designed and packaged already, it is a matter of training
  in existing programs for me.  The folks that own the franchise did say that
  they are encouraged to develop new experiments, but I won't have to be
  coming up with them at this point.  I have already started to collect these
  kinds of books though, especially the ones that use food as the experiment
  base, such as making an emulsion (salad dressing).  I'll be using those in
  my nutrition classes (another job).
