It's Mongolian. Paul Buell is trying to talk me into developing a Mongolian
alternate persona, and I decided that he could just give me a Mongolian
intro to my postings, so we agreed on this, which, at least in theory, means
"It was most assuredly written..." which, so he says, was commonly used on
formal documents in period. Of course, with him and his sense of humor, it
could equally mean something impolite, on the order of "Your Mama wears Army
boots", but either way, it amuses me ;-)
