St. Tropez's Feast Day (1st Cent) Patron Saint of Children; Invoked against
Gout. The first Bishop of Arles and friend of St. Paul.

St. Charlemagne’s Feast Day (814) Canonized in 1165, his sainthood faded in
the 18th century when Pope Benedict XIV reduced him to “blessed”.

St. Thomas a Becket's Feast Day (1170) Patron Saint Invoked against
Blindness. Archbishop of Canterbury, Fought Henry II over the God-given
liberties of the Church, martyred on the altar of his church. The pilgrims
in The Cantubury Tales are on the way to his tomb. (Canonized on March 12,
1173)
