In 1191, England's Richard the Lion Hearted leads the 3rd Crusade in a
victory over Saracen leader Saladin. As a peace offering, Saladin presents
Richard with a sweet treat made with a special ingredient from Lebanon. Can
you name the special ingredient, and the name the treat is known by today?
