Doh! I am sorry I forgot to say. It is from Marx Rumpoldt Ein New
Kochbuch 1581. Swine Wild Caught is the chapter, and that is a
shortening. The entire title is:
Vom Schweinen Wildpret seind drey vnd vierkigerley Spei(b) vnd
Trachten zu machen.
