Is this a trick to get us back into the 

	baking / bread / leaven / yeast on-topic thingy?  

Or is it a sly way to reorient the topic onto 

	fermentation / cheese / create new life ??? 

Inquiring minds want to know ... while thinking of 
Weetabix sitting in the milk far, far too long.
