[Sca-cooks] Looking for Cookie Recipe

A friend's gamma had a recipe for a cookie that is soaked in honey after it is baked..... immediately after they were put on the rack to cool... they were drizzled/soaked in warm honey with orange zest and liquer in it..... 
 
The recipe has gone missing and any help would be greatly appreciated.
