I've sort of asked this question before, but I've got another related question.

According to Carol Lambert in her essay on "Medieval France" in "Regional Cuisines of Medieval Europe", Martino’s recipes were adapted and printed by Giovanni Roselli in his “Epulario” (Venice, 1516). Could this be the source of the English book, "Epulario or The Italian Feast?" I know that someone said when I asked about the English work the first time, that it was one of many versions/translations of Martino's recipes. Since this work even has the same name, could it be an English translation?
