Hi all.  I just wanted to let you know that I have officially signed on to 
teach a class at Pennsic.  I think I called it Tips and Techniques for 
molding and sculpting marzipan.  When I find out what time/day slot it is in 
then I will let the list know.  You all talked me into this, so I hope 
someone shows up for it.
