[Sca-cooks] recipe for eggs

Yes, I remember in pleyn delit there is a recipe for an herb pie (basically 
an herb quiche.)  If you make this when you put it in the oven put it in 
regular size pie dishes, not in a huge oblong cake pan, an especially not 
an industrial size oven baking sheet like 1 1/2 feet by 2 feet because it 
won't cook correctly.

You may be able to crack the eggs and freeze them but I'm not sure.  A long 
time ago somebody posted a really good url for information about eggs.
