apart from canibals who probably ate every part of the human, why is it that
organ meats such as brain, liver, kidney, heart, tripe, and aye, even
testicles have been consumed, are consumed, but I have never heard of a dish
made of bull, pig, or sheep penises....do other cultures consume them and
only we have some kind of taboo? I am just curious is all.

Oh, Angharad, but there are recipes! I have another book (I mentioned it briefly when we were talking about dog and cat recipes) Objectionable Cuisines...and it has recipes for all sorts of "Generative organs".  If you really want them, I can post them...
