Kosher Chicken feet:
Why not raise your own? or find an acceptable organic
farmer who does? Or even, just find a friend who has a
little acrage and ask to use a corner of the property
to put up a strawbale shed and raise them there?
It isn't hard, or expensive!

I live in a big city, well, Indy is the 8th biggest in
the US, our county, like most restricts many
'livestock' animals, including large poultry farms,
the kick is the law specifically states that 'any
homeowner may raise up to two dozen hens for domestic
use' We have had that and more and nones the wiser!
The neighbors are paid off in fresh eggs and the cock
makes far less noise than the dogs on either side of
us!!

We have about a 1/2 acre lot with the chickens using
about an eighth of that.
We are down to only 5 hens now,(pets all of them, no
slaughter pets!) but we have chicks coming by mail on
the 16th of February!!
