I bought mine for 50 cents at a book sale,another book ,Successful Mass
Cookery and Volume Feeding by Matteo Casola  1969 First Edition  is another
good book were the top range for cooking is 50 .It went 25 cents      From
"No more Tests" still blind to the list Chirhart
