sounded like an *ahem* critter produced tofu, actually. creamy, yoghurty 
  in texture, neutral flavor, and when cured/drained/partially finished 
is  like a brick of tofu. seems to whip into a garlic spread, or into an 
herb sauce or freeze into 'icecream' very mugh like you can process tofu=)

and what is different between bug butter and bee urp\\\honey?

and how old is tofu anyway?
