I would say the answer is Yes.
It is also a fine Elizabethan insult, as seen in Shakespeare's Henry IV,

Google also shows it as a doggy chew toy, which idea is enough to make
ME want to cross my legs and myself a female!
Aforementioned market also carries "Rooster Fries," which sounds like
we've figured out which part is the Chicken McNugget. <GGG>
