I've already requested a copy offline and he has sent it to me with 
permission to add it to the Florilegium. I'm getting a few last 
details, like what he wants down for his regular name and what his full 
SCA name and title are, and then I will get it online in the 
FOOD-MANUSCRIPTS section. There doesn't appear to be any fancy editing 
needed, so as soon as I've got some spare time I will get it online.

I think it will be a wonderful resource. There are some recipes for 
things other than food items as well.
