don't do it often, but when i do...

ground beast, onion, carrots, garlic, mushies, whatever herbs i feel
like (don't you love an intuitive cook? BWEG).   mush it down into the
pan and cover with mashed taters, sprinkled w/ cheese if i have it.

i don't like dicing left over meat... happier with ground beef (or
turkey).  and, guilty pleasure, some packaged or canned brown gravy to
pour over it
