Adamantius, thou art a wizard!  Your guesses as to what would distinguish
the Moroccan from the other is Spot On as my Welsh tutor often tells when I
get an answer right!

The only thing is no tomato in this dish.  Sweet potato where you said
squash and the rest is poifek!
