Pickled = good
Roasted whole, peeled and tossed with vinaigrette = very good
Harvard = fairly unpleasant
Julienned, shaken in a little cornstarch, fried like French fries =
surprisingly good, and interesting color... commonly known as Les
Frites Hot Pinque at Le Colombe d'Or and at The Supper Club...
