I dunno much what you could do with greengage plums other than eat 
them, but i have seen jars of greengage plum jam, so you could make 
that...

the Co-op Supermarket selling close to a dozen kinds of plums - i was 
young (18 going on 19) and i'd never eaten more than one kind of plum 
growing up back in Illinois.
