[Sca-cooks] Chrihart has a virus

ok this is a trick I do with my computer.  On the contact list, create 2 new
contacts, one named AAAAAAAA AAAAAAAA and the other is ZZZZZZZZ ZZZZZZZZZ,
most this worms/viruses go after first and last email addresses on ur lists.
