I saw this but I won't be at Elfsea Defender this year and I don't involve
myself in competitions any more.

I found the inclusion of chile peppers, paprika, and lemon verbena (origin
in Argentina or Chile) in the list of acceptable herbs rather curious, but
then it is in Texas.
