All of this and plenty more gets covered in my Head Cook class --
beginning with: "BEFORE you volunteer to be Head Cook, this is what you need
to do . . . .
For the Kitchen Wench class, I was thinking more along the lines of cool
cooking/kitchen techniques to teach people wanting to do more in a kitchen
than peel & chop veggies/ scrub pots.
