OK, i read it and i don't understand. How are they "camo"? Do the 
troopers actually drive camo patterned patrol cars?

Here in California the Highway Patrol use standard black-and-white, 
big, square, American cop-looking cruisers that are pretty easy to 
spot.

But they also have a bunch of all-white little sporty sedans as well 
as solid-color pick-up trucks (i forget if they're black or white) 
both with the insignia on the side, but it may well be too late for 
you by the time you notice.

Dunno if that qualifies as "camo", but the sporty sedan and the 
pick-up are pretty anonymous on the road.
