my hubby makes a cinnamon liquor..... it starts out HOT, but as it ages more
it mellows.
perhaps I can get him to post the recipe?

I absolutely adore it when you add just a scant bit to a plain eggnog <sigh>
(sadly, as a hypoglycemic, I don't do alcohol well)
