This book contains a few interesting recipes for phlegm busting:

Middle Eastern Melody - 1/2 cup carrot juice, 1/2 cup orange juice, 4 T finely chopped cilantro leaves, ice cubes. 1 svg.
Nero's Nectar- 2 onions chopped, 2 T honey (Take 1 tsp every 2 hours)
African Mango Smoothie- 2 ripe mangoes, juice of 1/2 lime, 1 1/4 cups rice milk, fresh mint spigs to garnish. 1 to 2 svgs.
Onion Wine- 2 cups finely chopped onion, 4 T honey, 2 1/2 cups dry or medium white wine, infuse 24 hours in a large jar with lid, shaking frequently. Drink 1 T 3 to 6 times a day.
