Well, maybe not the Greater Alaskan Nauga, but
the Lesser Californian Nauga is not only beyond
endangered, it is extinct.  The inability to hide
well was its downfall.  Which is why you no
longer can find floral, plaid, striped and polka
dotted Nauga hides anymore.

But with the hide seekers and the Crisco vultures
always preying on the poor Nauga, even the
Greater Alaskan Nauga herds are becoming stressed
and the distinctive Nauga mating call is heard
less and less.  In time, even the large Alaskan
herds could be hunted to extinction.  Would it
not be better to save a species before it starts
to disappear than to wait until only a few of
them are left?  As is, researchers haven't
sighted a purple Nauga in over a year, orange
Naugas in over two years, and the diminuative
yellow Nauga in more than five years.

BOYCOTT CRISCO!  SAVE THE NAUGA!
