no.  but the store 'off the beaten path' which i found on the web not
only 
has bookoo styles of cookie cutters, but a specialty cutter making
kit... 
basically a length of 1" wide copper strapping, adhesive, and some
thingies 
to make curves and angles around.

you design a form and start bending.

being a bit of a metalworker as well (repousee) and having a few
esoteric 
tools (think alton brown's more than one use kitchen items),  i just got

the adhesive and strapping replacement kit and started playing.
