[Sca-cooks] OT/OOP: Wazzup with "Red Velvet Cake"

Truly, One must honestly admit this is first, and foremost, a cream cheese frosting thing.  It is a gaudy red excuse to slather on sweetned cream cheese frosting.  The rest is just a colored chocolate cake like you noticed.

I wonder if Saunders would work . . . .
