Now wait just a cotton-picking minute! This whole discussion didn't have 
anything to do with the lovely, period tortas that my apprentice made! 
You guys have a habit of corresponding just like my Dad used to 
whistle...he used to whistle along on a tune until he reached a point 
where the tune reminded him of something else, and then he'd change to 
that one. ;-) I don't remember where this thread started...though I 
suspect it was with the red cake idea, and I certainly have no idea how 
we got from red velvet cake to cheese cake! So...find someone else to 
blame all of this on. <grin>
