no, true to my 'dinner and a show' mentality, it will be largely ceremonial 
in nature.... i tend to subscribe to the idea that most folk don't like to 
be reminded TOO much of where the food comes from.   the pork dish will be 
pies.... with their own special pizazz....

course, this is still in the proposal stages....
